In 1982 Seati moved back to Israel where she became a part time student at the Avni Institute of Art and Design in Tel Aviv.
She moved between Israel and South Africa before finally settling down in Port Shepstone, South Africa. Seati has participated in a number of group and solo exhibitions, such as a solo show at Alliance Frances, Johannesburg in 2008. In 2009 she moved back to Johannesburg.
Her work explores concepts of truth and fantasy, in particular how fiction and reality blur into one. Her imagery most often consists of abstracted figures with strong use of colour and line.
